Introducing Frog Squad: JUMP into Year-Round Water Safety for Kids!

Calling all libraries and community groups! Kids Alive is thrilled to launch Frog Squad, a new program ensuring water safety education is accessible to all children year-round. With 29% of children only learning to swim in summer and 39% of drownings occurring before summer, Frog Squad uses storytelling, music, and play to teach vital water safety principles in a fun, engaging way.

Research shows books are highly effective in teaching water safety, with 83% of people recognising potential dangers and 4 out of 5 parents saying what they learned reinforced safe behaviours. Our goal is to reach millions of children through community groups, early learning centres, and libraries, integrating water safety into daily routines.
